Black bean protein brownies

Oh my goodness. I made these today and half the batch is already gone!


















They taste rather microwave-protein cake-like aka a little dry but they still satisfy my sweet tooth - especially when topped with peanut butter or protein icing.

Ingredients:
cups canned black beans
3 scoops Isoflex chocolate whey protein powder
6 egg whites
1/2 medium apple
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup Splenda
1 teaspoon baking powder


Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees CelsiusLightly butter, margarine or non-stick cooking spray your cooking pan. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into 18 pieces. Serve and enjoy!
